IRS Form 990
The IRS 990 forms DIG has filed, newest first.
How the years work
DIG's fiscal year runs October 1 to September 30, the same as the federal government. The IRS names the tax year by the year the fiscal year begins. For example, the fiscal year from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 is tax year 2023.
Each IRS 990 is due on the 15th day of the 5th month after the fiscal year ends, which is February 15.
